2022 will likely go down as one of, if not THE, craziest Free Agency period of all time. To help explain why, the NFL Agreed to raise the salary cap to $208M, a $25.7M increase. That’s a lot of money just floating around and teams went ballistic.

Man, it has been a long time since I’ve written an article. Feels good to be back. Anyway let’s get into the Coaching changes. Arguably the most fantasy relevant piece given they control the plays called and reps given to players. We had 19 teams change coaches one way or another. It really puts Bill Belichick’s and Mike Tomlin’s coaching careers into perspective. Literal unicorns.

37 WRs were drafted this year and 17 of them were taken in the first 3 rounds. If you thought the RB class was deep, the WR class is stacked. I wouldn’t be surprised if in a few years this one is compared to that historic 2014 draft.

16 RBs were taking in this year's draft. Over half of them taken by the end of the 3rd round. There was a deep pool of talent this year and everyone wanted a piece. NFL teams are snatching up rooking RBs on their cheap contracts and running them ragged before jettisoning them to some other team.

There were a total of 12 TEs taken in the draft. With 9 of those in rounds 1-4. As we all know it takes a minimum of 2-3 yrs before they become fantasy relevant. Keeps these kids in the back of your mind for the 2021 and 2022 seasons.
